It took almost a month for the order to ship and then they shipped to the wrong address. I confirmed my shipping address 3 times via email and 2 times over the phone.
Baffled Slow and inconsistent Customer service. I emailed them several times just to get updates. Their response was quick but the answers with very vague. If an order is going the take this long the least they can do is communicate effectively and get the order right.
Now i have to do the leg work on my end to get the post office to reroute the glasses to my address. They do not stock most items. You'll have to wait until they get there orders. Mine was from over seas?
They are a popular brand, nothing fancy.
I won't use them again. It wasn't worth the savings to do it online with them and then wait.
