Slow and Inaccurate
It took almost a month for the order to ship and then they shipped to the wrong address. I confirmed my shipping address 3 times via email and 2 times over the phone.
Baffled Slow and inconsistent Customer service. I emailed them several times just to get updates. Their response was quick but the answers with very vague. If an order is going the take this long the least they can do is communicate effectively and get the order right.
Now i have to do the leg work on my end to get the post office to reroute the glasses to my address. They do not stock most items. You'll have to wait until they get there orders. Mine was from over seas?
They are a popular brand, nothing fancy.
I won't use them again. It wasn't worth the savings to do it online with them and then wait.

Terrible Rude and scammers

I don't even know how to go about writing this review. It honestly sounds like something out of a fairytale or some bizarre twisted story, but I asure this is no joke.
I was informed that my order could not be placed due to the fact that the remaining pair of glasses in the model I was looking for were cracked. Seeing as how I would really like to get the pair for my girlfriend, for Valentines Day, I contacted the company to see what was going on.
While I was ordering a white framed sunglasses, the company website had several other similar models but with different colored frames.
When I attempted to ask the lady on the phone who informed me she was the manager, if there is anything left in stock in the other similar models or different classifications under that model or whatever the industry calls them.
After asking the simple question and trying to clarify I was spoken to very condescendingly. At this point after it continued I had to say "what a terrible person you are". As you can imagine someone that is very rude and condescending with poor customer service skills really does not like hearing this or probably even believe it. After reading the above reviews it seems like many people have had the same problem, most likely many less than I've actually reported I'll complaint.
Our conversation ended with that she would not provide me with a similar model which they did in fact have which was what I was trying to question when she told me that I don't understand what models are in the first place. I was trying to draw an analogy to how cars are with different models and how their submodels. My attempt to make an example to try to find the information that I was looking for was responded with her consistent talking over me and continuing her condescending tone.
At this point the only bad thing I've done its a you've got to be *** kidding me. At this point the employee hung up. Because I do want these glasses for my girlfriend for Valentines Day, I called back starting the conversation by apologizing for my frustration in part in the poor communication we had. I told her I just do not appreciate being spoken to condescendingly. At this point she still told me that she would not issue me the Glasses that she found, and if it was not for me asking and trying to get through her condescending tone and bad attitude would have never been found.
I asked to speak to a business owner or a manager about what was going on and was hung up on. My calls we're not answered until like all the different division and spoke with a man that said he would review the conversation and get back to me. Verbatim, he told me that if it is an error on the employee's fault that he would simply fire them, however if I used vulgar language they would attempt to sue me.
I'm not sure about the laws but I'd like to hope that someone has the free speech and the rights to say you've got to be *** kidding me. Otherwise I should be able to sue for being spoken to condescendingly and how it depressed me and made me sad that I could not get the glasses for the woman I love. If either situation is how this world works then we are headed down a very scary path, however, after reading all these reviews I can clearly see that this is a history of how this business does business.
The resolution of the story is that I was not called back. If the owner of this business comes across as message or anyone that is considering doing business with this online company or company located in Brooklyn which is unclear, I would say in my opinion to reconsider your choice carefully.
Scam
This is a Scam and this is how it works in 5 easy steps.
1 You see glasses online and order and pay. They will immediately put a Purchase Authorization on your card which can last from 5 to 14 Days.
2 NOW starts the scam. There is a problem with the order, either not accepting your card due to their “Risk Management Department” advice, then they will ask you to send cash by direct transfer giro post etc. If you do this you have no comeback like a Credit Card Company would give. You are basically screwed and locked into buying from them, OR , If you argue the point they may agree to proceed with the purchase using your credit card.
3 Now they have a problem with the glasses and cannot ship them to you due to “inspection prior to shipping found a crack in the frame etc“. Select another pair they suggest. Probably they never had the pair you wanted in the first place.
4. As they already have your money/credit card most people will select another pair you may not real want. THIS IS THE TRICK!
5. OK now you must decide to cancel or accept another pair.
6. Try calling the customer help line. WELL! If you want to be hung up on, abused, rudeness and threatened then call this customer help line. Never in my life have I ever come across a person like this and still be in business.
My gut feeling is this company is a one man band, a woman, whose attitude to customers is appalling and whose business ethics are very questionable.

I should have read reviews before I put my card. Below is a email from them during USPS delivery.

I want to give you an update regarding the below matter. after this email was sent yesterday, we received a phone call from supposedly "my name in capital letter". he stated he had the package set-up for delivery for today. Actually Bill spoke to him & we had him on speaker. after he made that statement, I took over the conversation & questioned this person if you are "my name" why is it when I called about an hour ago you had no idea of any order or my company? he stated it was his brother who answered the phone & had no idea about the order. I asked what was his brothers name, he said its not my business & if there is anything else he can help me with & hung up. we have been trying to reach the customer all day my the phone# provided on the order & when calling, the calls are being declined. we called numerous times. We wanted to know why hasn’t the package yet been accepted as per the verbal conversation from yesterday? this leaves us to believe the supposedly "My name in capital letter", customer is lying. As you are aware all our phone calls are recorded. please proceed with court documents & investigate who is allegedly brother??? this all seems FRAUD & we need to take full force for punishment.
