This online site accepted and confirmed my order for eyeglass frames -- nice designer frames, competitive price. Confirmed with me for 72 hour shipping date.

RUDE customer service lady later told me they were no longer carrying the frames UNLESS I sent another $40 for "the last pair." I refused and now a month later, they are STILL selling the same frames but at a higher price.

THEY LIE so dont make a purchase from them!!!

You will waste your time and be very sorry. I wish I'd checked this site first because this company has NO interest in good service or truth in advertising.

The woman insisted I give her my credit card info so that she could "search her stores" to see if they had the pair of Chanel Suns I saw on their site. She told me she'd call as soon as she located them.

8 days later I called to say I'de gotten a pair in NY & wasn't interested in the ones she was gonna search for 8 days prior! She started SCREAMING at me that they were going to be sent out in the next 2 days & I couldnt cancel.

She hung up the phone on me then immediately gelded back saying she was the owners lawyer & she was taking be to court! Same voice same lady!!3 months later I'm still fighting my credit card company for the credit she refused to give on glasses never sent!!!

All very true. They are not trustworthy and extremely rude.

Customer service ranks a 1 on a scale of 1-10. They give the eyeglass industry a bad rap.

They are unable to fill orders and selling product that is not available. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MERCHANT!!!!

Ignored my emails to query whether something was in fact in stock, as I know the model has been discontinued, so I wanted to know if they were in fact new and available. I wanted to order from New Zealand, so I wasn't going to hand over any money through their website without knowing if they were in fact available.

I got sick of not having emails replied to, so I just tried calling, got their 'out of hours' reception staff, who was the rudest person I've ever spoken to. She told me to email the contact email, which I explained I had and no-one responded. She said they always reply and so I asked if I could have a manager's email instead, she said no and started shouting at me. I was so shocked.

I said 'you're being really rude' and she started saying 'OK, OK in a really brash sarcastic accent and then hung up on me! So I emailed again, and put a 'read receipt' on my email.

I just got a automatic reply back saying my email has been deleted without being read!!! WTF is up with this company, obviously a fake company, and I am glad I've obviously escaped without handing over any money to this scammers!!!

I bought a pair of sunglasses for which I paid $348.59. It has been six months and I still don't have the glasses or my money.

Every time I inquire about my order, I am told, by a very rude woman, that the glasses are on back order and that they will not refund my money.

Very sorry way to do business! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Since my initial post, about 4 months later I had the same charge that was refunded to me applied again. Just before that I had the now infamous lady @#$% call me and told me that she is a lawyer and is representing these guys and that I am being used in a court in New York and that I would have to travel there.

I said I will see you there and called the credit card company, got my refund again and put a "stop charge" for that merchant. After so much time, still trying to shake off this @#$%.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I ordered a pair of frames. Clearly indicated my size and they sent the wrong size. They blamed it on me and then charged a 20% "restocking" fee.

I wish i researched them before I made my order, I sent them an email after no response to my order i made. I ordered a pair of sunglasses withe expedited shipping, and never heard a word from them.

I get an email a week later saying they shipped,,,I sent an email back saying sorry please cancel order.

Then i got a lovely voice mail threatening to take me to court if i tried to get back the re-stock fee, i mean seriously, over $20,,,what....? I never even said or argued about that, I excepted my mistake ordering from a fake store, but my god, sounds like that is how they make their only money.....very sad people,,,,don't order from them please.

One of my friend from Australia bought glasses from this merchant, and they said they run out of the color that my friend wanted, and they offered another color which my friend didn't want to. Therefore, my friend just wants to cancel the transaction and gets his money back.

However, it is almost a month since he made the purchase, and he still does not receive his money back. I helped him to call the customer service, and the super rude lessoned me that I have to call during working hours. Hello... if your company doesn't accept calls after hours, why don't you nicely use an automated voice message to let customers know that rather than having a impolite female staff scream over the phone to customer.

It s so funny that she evens tried to use another phone number to call me back and intimidate me. What a terrible experience. "Customer Service with a Smile" Yeah, right...

My bottom line is that don't waste your time to get refund by calling them.

Ordered Bolle 10207 glasses for ~160 dollars, I got bolle but a different model. I returned the item and got a call from really rude lady who talked for 5 minutes telling me they will not refund my money and hung up before I can say anything.

I called my credit card company and got a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM EYEWEARORDERS.com unless you want to be talked to by a RUDE lady.

Like the others, I wish I had read reviews as well. My frames were similarly discontinued, which took them a month to admit (after multiple unreturned phone calls and several rude interactions with the mean customer service lady later).

Supposedly they got the discontinued color from one of their vendors and a MONTH later I received...the wrong color frames. She told me not to worry though, if I just sent them back, they would replace them (with the discontinued frames that they never had in the first place). She offered instead to refund me $30 if I just stuck with the wrong ones they sent.

I agreed to just end the experience. And of course a month later and more rude phone interactions later, I still haven't received the $30.

I bought two pairs of sunglasses at EyewearOrders.com and paid over $400 US. They sent me just ONE used pair with scratched lenses and a used frame.

I thought about a mistake and called the customer service. The woman was VERY rude and had no interest in my complaint. It was all my fault and they made no mistake...

Now I try to get the money back from the credit card company. Don't ever buy glasses at eyewearorders.com!

here is copy of email I sent to them today after receiving the Sunglasses.

TODAY I HAVE RECEIVED MY ITEM. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT WHEN I OPEN THE BOX TO FIND A PAIR OF RAY-BAN SUNGLASSES WITH DIRTY LENSES LIKE THEY HAD BEEN USED. I COULD NOT BELIEVED SO I EXAMINED THEM CLOSER AND COULD SEE DIRT ON THE SIDE GROOVES OF THE FRAME. I THEN CLEANED THE LENSES (WITH A PROPER GLASSES CLOTH) AND FOUND A COUPLE SURFACE SCRATCHES . THE CASE SMELLS OF SMOKE, THE PERSON THAT HAD THESE SUN GLASSES IS A SMOKER . IT IS OBVIOUS THAT THIS NOT A BRAND NEW PAIR OF SUN GLASSES.

I AM SO DISAPPOINTED , ANGRY THAT YOUR COMPANY HAS MISS-SOLD ME GOODS THAT SPOSE TO BE BRAND NEW AND ANYNE CAN SEE THAT IT IS SECOND HAND/USED AND HAS SCRATCHES. IT HAS TAKEN A MONTH TO GET THIS PILE OF ***. I WANT O SEND THIS BACK FOR A FULL REFUND INCLUDING SHIPPING BACK TO YOU BY COURIER. Guess what ?? still have not received my package was re-send from New York with DHL 03/05/12 some how ended up in Japan now to Hong Kong and maybe maybe it will turn up in london UK.

On the 15/04/12, your email confirmed that the item was in stock. Order was placed 15/04/12 payment was confirmed being received on the 16/04/12 on the 20/04/12 you confirmed that you were waiting for order to arrive. Your tracking reference just shows that you sent advise electronic to USPS on the 19/04/12 as of yet we do not now if the order has left your warehouse. Sirs, on the following evidence your company has been lying from the word GO.

You were fully aware that item had to reach UK by 27/04/12, as its required for a Birthday present for the 28/04/12. You did confirmed by another email that it would arrive again your company was lying. I want to take my rights to cancel this order and insist that you credit my Visa card today without fail.

If I don't hear from you by return - legal proceedings will commence without further delay. We will refuse the package when eventually arrives, but I am sure that it has never left US.
